1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Llamasign, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of service

Llamasign is a web-based e-signature platform that allows you to upload documents, place signature fields, send documents to recipients for signing, and track signing status. The service includes document storage, email notifications, team management, and audit logging.

3. Accounts and access

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each firm's data is isolated and accessible only to authenticated members of that firm. You must not share your login credentials or attempt to access another firm's data.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Llamasign to upload or distribute illegal content, send unsolicited communications, attempt to circumvent security controls, or interfere with the service's operation.

5. Document handling

Documents you upload are stored on secure cloud infrastructure. Llamasign processes documents to enable the signing workflow, including converting Office files to PDF format. You retain ownership of all documents you upload.

6. Electronic signatures

Llamasign facilitates electronic signatures by capturing the signer's drawn or typed signature, along with their IP address, browser user-agent, and a server-side timestamp. It is your responsibility to determine whether electronic signatures are legally sufficient for your use case.

7. Billing and payments

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You can manage your subscription, change plans, or cancel through the billing dashboard. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with notice.

8. Termination

You may stop using Llamasign at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your access to the service ends, but you may request data export by contacting support@llamasign.com.

9. Limitation of liability

Llamasign is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to the legal enforceability of signatures collected through the platform.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Llamasign after changes constitutes acceptance.
