Yes. Llamasign is compliant with the ESIGN Act (15 U.S.C. §7001) and UETA, which give electronic signatures the same legal standing as handwritten ones. Every signing session includes an ESIGN consent disclosure, SHA-256 document integrity verification, server-side timestamps, signer identity capture (IP address and browser), and a sealed PDF audit certificate. Completed signing records are immutable and protected from deletion.
Every signing link is protected by an HMAC-SHA256 cryptographic token that expires after 7 days. Documents are accessed through signed URLs that expire after one hour. All organization data is isolated at the database level, and every action is recorded in an immutable, write-only audit log.
Recipients receive an email with a secure link. They click it, review the document, and sign by drawing or typing their signature. No account needed. The system records the signer's IP address, browser, and a server-side timestamp.
Yes. You can invite team members via email and assign them either an Owner or Employee role. Owners can manage the team, handle billing, and view audit logs. Employees can send documents and manage recipients. Invite links are single-use and expire after a configurable period.
